Auto-renewal Instructions
We will renew your NetShort subscription 48 hours before your current plan expires, based on the billing cycle you selected. Cancel anytime.
Note: To avoid renewing for the next billing period, cancel auto-renewal at least 48 hours before your subscription expires.
Before Activating, Please Ensure That
1. Subscription upgrades are currently not supported.
2. The final NetShort subscription price may vary based on in-app promotions and your chosen plan. If you receive an in-app discount during self-activation, the price difference will be refunded based on our offers.
3. Subscription rules vary by plan (including location limitations). If you already have a NetShort subscription, please refer to NetShort's policies.
4. Once the subscription plan is activated, it is non-refundable.
